St. Johns County Ocean Pier has fishing and a beachfront park that includes volleyball courts, a playground and a children’s splash zone. Ocean Hammock Park is a nesting site for sea turtles. It also has a nature trail, picnic areas and a playground. A1A Beach Boulevard is filled with ice cream shops, casual seafood and Mexican restaurants.
