Gulf Shores can be found on Alabama's Gulf Coast. The park's Gulf State Park features beaches, trails, a pier and a golf course. There is also a zip line that crosses the dunes. The Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge's coastal habitats are home to sea turtles and other migratory birds. Mobile Bay is protected by Fort Morgan, a 19th-century fortress. You can have hands-on experiences with sloths, kangaroos, and lemurs at the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo.
